Everyone has different needs, routines and goals when it comes to living independently at home.

Our In-Home Supports are designed to assist participants to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life while receiving the support they choose, in the comfort of their own home.

Our Support Workers work alongside participants to provide respectful, personalised support that promotes choice, confidence and control over everyday activities.

In-Home Supports may include:

  • Personal Care Support – Assistance with everyday personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting and continence support, while maintaining dignity, privacy and individual preferences.
  • Meal Preparation & Support – Assistance with planning meals, preparing food and developing skills to support healthy routines.
  • Household Tasks – Support with everyday household activities such as laundry, dishes, cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
  • Medication Support – Assistance with medication routines in line with individual support requirements.
  • Daily Routines & Skill Development – Support to establish routines, build confidence and develop independence with everyday tasks.
  • Ongoing Support at Home – Flexible assistance to help participants continue living in their chosen home environment.

We recognise that each person’s needs and preferences are unique. Participants have choice and control over the supports they receive, including when support is provided and how our team can best assist them.

Our goal is to provide reliable, respectful support that enables participants to live their lives their way.
