I have been with the company for over 2 years and in this time it has completely changed my life for the better. I have debilitating anxiety, the skills I have learned along the way and the support I have received has changed so many aspects of my life, overflowing outside of work I am now living life to an extent I never dreamed possible. CCF has also supported me through one of the hardest times of my life, the flexibility, support and genuine care of those around me has kept me going, my children and I will be forever grateful. CCF has worked with my needs around my disabilities and personal issues to make sure I have everything I need to not only succeed, but to thrive in my position and constantly grow my skills. CCF doesn't dwell on the mistakes, it helps support you through them, I could never have imagined a work place like this could exist where everyone is so willing and eager to work as a supportive and collaborative team where everyone only wants you to succeed.
